The Entiffic AIR Portable Box is a compact, self-contained heating system designed for reliable deployment in extremely cold and demanding operational environments. The system integrates an Entiffic AIR Heater within a robust, heavy-duty steel enclosure, providing a fully assembled and field-ready heating solution. The Entiffic AIR Portable Box has been developed in close collaboration with operators working in Arctic and other low-temperature environments. Its capability to operate reliably in extreme cold conditions provides a high degree of operational flexibility in remote or harsh locations. Heater solution generating electrical powerThe Entiffic AIR heater represents one of the first compact parking heater solutions capable of generating the electrical power required for its own operation. Once the unit reaches operating temperature, it begins supplying surplus electrical power to the connected battery, thereby maintaining or increasing battery capacity during operation. This makes the system particularly well suited for professional users who prioritize operational efficiency, system uptime, and reduced maintenance requirements. Unlike conventional parking heaters, the Entiffic AIR not only consumes battery power during start-up but subsequently compensates for this energy consumption. After only a few minutes of operation the unit becomes self-sustaining, and after approximately 20 minutes the battery energy used during start-up is typically fully replenished. Battery capacity remains preservedAny additional runtime results in surplus electrical energy being supplied to the connected battery. When the battery reaches full charge, the system automatically stops charging to prevent overcharging. This functionality ensures that battery capacity remains preserved and, in many operational scenarios, is improved during heater operation. Temperature regulation is managed via an external thermostat, allowing the user to set and maintain a desired operating temperature. The system can also be equipped with an optional GSM modem, enabling remote monitoring and control via a smartphone application. The system operates from a 12 V DC battery supply. Standard connection to Arctic vehicles is provided via a 2-pin Anderson-type connector. An optional cable interface for BA‑2590 Battery compatibility is available, further increasing operational flexibility in field deployments. The heater is powered by methanol fuel.
